I am an NHS‑trained practitioner with 22 years of clinical experience across a broad range of settings. My career has included roles such as Head of Mental Health for a leading international NGO, running mental health services, consultancy work, delivering training, and providing clinical supervision.
While everyone is different, a significant number of the people I work with are men navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.
Over the years, I’ve supported many hundreds of individuals - a significant number of them men - navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.
Many men appreciate that this isn’t about being analysed or fixed. We work in a way that respects your autonomy, pace, and privacy.
My therapy is open‑ended and client‑led, which means you choose the pace, the focus, and how long or short our work together needs to be.
